马林来华与共产国际联孙方针的确定

中共一大以后,马林开始与中国国民党接触,与孙中山会晤并讨论了和苏俄建立联盟的可能性。通过全面的考察,马林认为中国国民党不是一个资产阶级政党,而是多阶级的联盟,孙中山是真正的民族主义者,为此他向中共建议:到国民党中去开展政治活动,同时不放弃自己的独立性。在马林的主导之下,中共中央杭州特别会议通过了中共党员以个人身份加入国民党,以进一步建立民主联合战线的提议。而随后召开的中共三大通过的决议案,贯彻了马林的意见。马林提出的国共合作,被称作“斯内夫利特战略”,亦即“马林战略”。

Maring's Coming to China and Determination of Communist International's Guidelines to Unite SUN Yat-sen

After the first national conference of CPC,Maring began to contact the Chinese Kuomintang,and discussed with SUN Yat-sen the possibility of forming an a union with Soviet Russia.Through a thorough investigation,Maring found Chinese KMT was not a political party of bourgeoisie,instead,a multi-class ally,therefore,he advised CPC to stick to its independent policy while campaigning political activities in the KMT.Under Maring's suggestion,Hangzhou Special Meeting of CPC passed a proposal that a member of CPC join the KMT as an individual so as to further strengthen the Democratic United Front.In the resolutions passed in the Third National Conference that followed,Maring's suggestions were carried out.The cooperation between the KMT and CPC put forward by Maring is also called Sneevliet Strategy,or Maring Strategy.
