美中经济与安全评估委员会年度报告的公开情报源分析——以2016-2019年度报告的中美科技竞争部分为例

目的/意义]遴选美国典型国家关键核心技术竞争情报研究报告,对其引用的公开情报源进行研究,为中国科技情报界提供参考。方法/过程]以美中经济与安全评估委员会2016-2019年度报告的中美科技竞争部分为例,对其尾注中引用的公开情报源进行分析。结果/结论]总结归纳出了美中经济与安全评估委员会年度报告引用公开情报源的细分类目,包括以美国为主的国外公开情报源细分类目27个,中国国内公开情报源细分类目15个,归纳总结了USCC年度报告公开情报源的特点以及对中国科技情报界的借鉴。

Analysis on Open Information Sources in 2016-2019 Annual Reports by Economic and Security Review Commission

Purpose/Significance]Base on typical reports in national competitive scientific and technical intelligence fields,the author studies on their open information sources,then provides reference for the science and technology information circles of China.Method/Process]Base on excerpts about science and technology sections of 2016-2019 annual reports by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission,references in the endnotes of the selected parts are analyzed.Result/Conclusion]Classification of open information sources about science and technology sections of 2016-2019 annual reports by the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission are summarized,it's characteristics and meanings for the science and technology information circles of China are also given in the end.
