| Abstract: | Because of the intrinsic problems of traditional zero inventory management and the particularity of medicine profession, the pharmaceutical enterprises should implement the relative zero inventory management based on mastering supply cycle, pro- ductive cycle and sale cycle completely, which is an indivisible part of the precision management, GMP management and the supply chain management of modem pharmaceutical enterprises. |
