| 摘 要： | 人才培养方案是学校人才培养的设计蓝图和实施方案；是实现各专业人才培养目标、确保人才培养质量的首要保障。本文根据教育部有关文件精神，在研究兄弟院校成功办学经验并结合我校人才培养实践的基础上，进一步梳理明确了应用型本科“人才培养规格”，并重构了应用型本科人才培养方案的“课程教学体系”。

| Abstract: | the personnel training program is the school personnel training design blueprint and plan; is to achieve the various professional personnel training target, ensure the quality of personnel training of the primary protection. In this paper, according to the Ministry of education relevant document spirit, research universities in running a successful experience and combining with our talents training based on practice, further comb clear my school undergraduate ＂ talents ＂, and reconstruct the undergraduate cultivation scheme of ＂ curriculum teaching system ＂. |
