摘    要:高职院校商科类专业创新创业人才的培养需要转变观念,在培养目标、专业设置、实训基地建设、双师队伍建设、文化氛围等方面打破常规,推陈出新,建立与政府、企业、社会媒体的合作机制,健全校企合作法规,实施多元评价与监控,不断完善商科类专业创新创业人才培养的保障机制。

Abstract:The cultivation of innovative talents of business specialties in higher vocational colleges needs to change .The normal procedure should be broken ,and the new reform should be put forth in the aspects of training objectives ,curriculum ,construction of training bases ,construction of teaching staff ,and cultural atmosphere .New actions should be taken ,such as establishing the cooperation mechanism with government ,enterprises ,social media ,perfecting cooperation regulations ,implementing multiple evaluation and monitor ,improving security mechanism of cultivation of innovative talents continuously .
