| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡是由基因控制的细胞死亡过程，它对于多细胞生物的生存和发展以及维护其自身的稳定有极其重要的作用。从细胞凋亡的机制及运动性疲劳与凋亡的关系入手，综述了国内外在这方面的研究进展，以便为寻找新的运动性疲劳的判断和消除手段，提供一些新的思路。

| Abstract: | Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death controlled by gene.It is very important for the development and stability of organism.In this paper,the recent findings in this field were reviewed.The basic cellular mechanisms of apoptosis,as well as the related factors of the skeletal muscle fatigue and apoptosis were discussed. |
