| 摘 要： | 本文采用部分身体形态,素质、血液等指标,结合营养膳食的调查,对儿童体操运动员集训期间进行为期10周的跟踪和实验监控,为科学地监护运动员生长发育过程,并为教练员合理地安排运动负荷,提供一定的参考依据。

| Abstract: | In this article, parts of the physique, physical quality, and blood indexes of school-girl gymnasts have been adopted combined with food nutrition investigations following a 10-week experiment and control during camp-training. All data has been fed back in time in order to scientifically control the school-girl gymnasts assembling for training to provide references for coaches' supervising the growth of gymnasts and arranging the training load effectively. |
