| 摘 要： | 开展反腐败斗争 ,完善的制度是根本保证。反腐败要取得根本性胜利 ,需要建立一套比较完备的、强有力的监督制约机制 ,抓好学习教育、干部任用、监督制约、腐败惩治等几个环节 ,提高干部道德素质 ,规范权力地运作 ,加大腐败行为的“成本” ,使私欲膨胀者不能或者不敢以身试法。

| Abstract: | A good system is the fundemental pledge to fight against corruption.To acheive that,we need set up a set of complete and strong supervision and restriction system.And we should keep the links of studying and educating,appointing cadres,supervision and restriction,and punishing corruption under control,improve cadres' moral qualities,standardize authority operation,increase the "cost" of anti-corruption in order that those people who have strong selfish desire can't or dare not defy the law. |
