企业文化对高职院校校园文化建设的影响

高职院校办学必须面向企业,正视企业文化。高职院校研究企业文化,主动接受企业文化辐射,汲取先进的企业文化或者说企业文化中的优秀成分,不仅对学校的人才培养大有帮助,而且对企业了解校园文化、提高自身建设也大有益处。最终将会形成一个"利在企业、益在学生、誉在学校"的"三赢"局面。

The Influence of Corporate Culture over the Development of Campus Culture

Vocational college education should be enterprise-oriented and take corporate culture into serious consideration. Vocational colleges should study corporate culture, actively receive its influence and absorb progressive corporate culture, i.e. the essence of corporate culture. Such practice not only boosts considerably the talent training of a college, but also enables the enterprises to learn about campus culture and adds an impetus to their own development. The reciprocation may result in "tri-win", i.e. it may "bring revenues to enterprises, benefits to students and reputation to colleges".
