论新建普通高校的师资队伍建设

办好高等学校,师资队伍建设是关键。在目前新建高校的师资队伍建设中,存在着重数量、轻“质量”,重引进、轻管理,重使用、轻培养,重硬件、轻软件,重外部引进、轻内容挖潜等偏差。对此,本文提出以下对策:在制定科学合理的学校发展规划的基础上,进行师资队伍建设;积极创造条件,用诱人的事业稳定人才;充分挖掘潜力,发挥教师资源的最大效益;加强思想政治工作,营造尊师重教的积极气围。

On the Construction of the Teachers in Newly Establishedcolleges and Universities

The construction of teachers is a key to the management of colleges and universities.At present,however, there exist some problems in the construction of the teaching staff,i.e the colleges and universities devote too much efforts to the quantity,the introduction of teachers,the hardware but underestimate the quality,the management,the software.This present article,based on the analysis of the problems,argues that it is important to value the construction of teachers ac- cording to the reasonable plan for the development of the college and university,to strengthen the ideological education and to create an atmosphere to respect teachers.
