运用层次分析法优化教师教学质量评估办法

摘    要:本文作者在全面调研的基础上,找出了目前教师教学质量评估办法存在的评估指标体系不科学、评估指标权重值的分配随意性较大的问题,提出增加同行评议和自我评议等指标,将教学纪律、教学工作量、课前准备、教学进度、教学效果、教研科研等指标列为教学系(部)和教学管理部门的日常考核范围,评估的专家只负责考察教学过程中课堂教学这个环节,并给出了用层次分析法科学计算评估指标权重的方法。

Abstract:On the basis of overall investigation, the authors find out the symptoms to the questions, that is to say, in evaluating methods on teaching quality of teachers, an evaluating index system is not scientific and that we get mastery of its distribution is casual. The authors think the school should increase the index of evaluation of a person of the same occupation, self-evaluation and so on. And the school should put teaching disciplines, amount of work, preparing before giving classes, teaching schedules, teaching results, teaching research and scientific research, etc.in daily examining range of teaching departments and teaching man- agement departments. The evaluating person is responsible for inspecting teaching links in class, so the article gives out the way of calculating denominator level of evaluating index by analysis hierarchy process.
