| 摘 要： | 对中国和日本两国大学生体质健康测量指标改革的背景和目的进行了研究，对改革前后测量指标的变化进行了比较分析。结合我国的实际情况，提出可以借鉴日本测量的部分指标，用来提高我国测量指标的有效性。
