| 摘 要： | 德国高等职业教育具有多方面的特点,主要表现在:具有完备的法律规定,强调应用性的培养目标,能够根据经济发展不断进行创新.这些特点对我国高等职业教育的发展具有重要的启示作用,要明确高等职业教育的培养目标,强调以应用性为指导的教学安排;不断完善法律法规,保证高等职业教育顺利发展;制度设计具有弹性,保证高等职业教育体制的创新特征.
