| 摘 要： | 在分析规律客观性的基础上，探讨了体育教学所涉及的范畴，并就此分析了影响体育教学各个层面的规律，主要有：在心理学方面，认知规律和学习活动过程中的心理变化规律；在运动生理学方面，条件反射规律与人体运动时的生理机能变化规律：在教育学方面，学生身心发展的规律和运动实践促进学生身心多方面发展的规律。对此作出了相应的分析。
