摘    要:相对于传统的工科人才而言,新工科人才更注重实践、创新能力培养。基于新工科理念,通过把握软件行业发展趋势和产业政策,结合软件工程人才培养目标,提出“三层递进式”实践教学体系,从顶层设计上推进实践教学模式创新。以合肥工业大学软件工程专业为例,介绍其实践教学体系整体构建过程,将新工科教育理念贯穿于软件工程师培养全过程,旨在培养适应经济结构调整和软件行业发展的工程人才。

Abstract:Compared with the traditional engineering talents, new engineering talents pay more attention to the cultivation of practice and innovation ability. Based on the concept of new engineering and technical disciplines, the article puts forward the concrete “three-tier progressive” practical teaching system by grasping the software industry development trend and industrial policy. The system promotes the innovation of the practical teaching mode from the top design. Taking the major of software engineering in Hefei University of Technology as an example, the paper introduces its overall construction process, aiming to realize talent training goal of software engineering.
