丰富“绿色襄阳”内涵 建设低碳襄阳城市

在实现省域副中心城市的跨越式发展之际,襄阳提出建设＂四个襄阳＂的目标。本文依据中国社会科学研究院评估低碳城市的新标准体系,以＂绿色襄阳＂建设为切入点,在低碳的城市规划、城市交通运输体系、行政服务机构、城市建筑体系、城市清洁能源和民众消费模式几方面提出具体的发展方向及目标。

Enrich the Connotation of "Green Xiangyang",Construct a Low-carbon City

Xiangyang scientifically proposed the concept of building ＂four Xiangyangs＂ in the process of great-leap-forward development towards the deputy provincial city. According to the new standard system for assessment of low-carbon cities by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, this paper puts forward specific development direction and goals in the following aspects： the plan of constructing a low-carbon city, urban transportation system, administrative service agencies, city building system, urban clean energy and low-carbon public spending mode.
