短跑运动员专项力量分期训练研究

摘    要:为了进一步探索短跑专项力量阶段性训练方法,主要通过实验法,对15名男子高水平短跑运动员进行力量分期训练研究。实验表明,经过力量分期训练的短跑运动员在专项力量指标上较非分期组运动员提高幅度明显。结论:在短跑的专项力量训练过程中,准备期应该着重发展力量耐力和最大力量,竞赛前期重点发展爆发力和快速力量耐力,竞赛期应注重专项力量训练与专项速度及专项技术的结合。

Abstract:By experimental method,15 high level sprinters were divided into period group and non-period group,after 15 weeks resistance training,the specific strength indexes of 7 male sprinters after periodization of strength of a macrocycle were improved more than 8 male sprinters with non-period strength training.It suggests that in the course of sprinter's special strength training,staying strength and maximum strength were developed in preparing period;out-breaking strength was mainly developed before the competition;and special strength training was connected with special speed and special techniques in the competition.
