西藏高等学校学科建设的现代化发展

要实现西藏高等教育现代化，提高人才培养质量，西藏高等学校必须加强学科建设。本文分析了西藏高校学科建设方面存在的问题与困难，提出西藏高校规划学科建设要顺应学科发展趋势、适应西藏经济社会发展需求，以及符合西藏高校发展实际的三个基本原则。并结合西藏经济社会发展和西藏高校实际，提出通过抓队伍建设、科学研究、学科基地建设、强化地方特色，推进西藏高校学科建设的具体措施。

Development of Modernization in Discipline Construction of Higher Learning Institutions in Tibet

In order to realize modernization of higher education in Tibet and improve quality of talented personnel,universities in Tibet must strengthen discipline construction.This paper,after analyzing the existing problems and difficulties in discipline construction of universities in Tibet,points out that in making plans of discipline construction,universities in Tibet should follow the three basic principles of keeping pace with the developing trend of disciplines,meeting the needs of economic and social development of Tibet and fitting the reality of the development of the universities.It also offers specific measures to promote discipline construction of universities in Tibet through building teaching body,conducting scientific research,constructing discipline bases and enhancing local characteristics according to economic and social development of Tibet and the reality of the universities.
