职技高师人才培养质量问题研究

职业教育已成为我国教育的“半壁江山”，其水平的高低取决于教师队伍的整体水平。职技高师是培养职业教育师资的重要“工作母机”，21世纪应把“宽口径的通识知识、厚基础的从业技能和高标准的综合素质”作为人才培养目标。鉴于目前职技高师人才培养质量有待提高的现状，实施和加强教学监控则是职技高师提高教学质量的有效途径。

A study of the matter about the quality of talent training by higher vocational and technological teachers colleges

Vocation education has become "half of the national territory" of our country's education,and the quality of it depends on the quality of the teaching body.Higher vocational and technological teachers colleges are the "machine tool" for training vocational education teachers.In the 21st century,"Comprehensive knowledge to wide requirements,technical ability of taking up an occupation on solid basis ,and multiple qualities up to high standard" should be regarded as the goal of talent training.In view of the present situation that the quality of the education for achieving the above-mentioned goal remains to be improved,enforcing and reinforcing the supervisory control over teaching and studying is an effective means for Higher Vocational and Technological Teachers Colleges to improve the teaching quality.
