Aria ＂My Dear Baby＂,a lyrical tenor aria of opera ＂Don Juan＂,is melodic,elegant,and filled with classical beauty.However,it is difficult to sing this aria,which is known as ＂touchstone＂ of tenors.This paper introduces the writing backgrounds,analyzes the characters,and discusses the singing skills of the aria,focusing on the features and singing problems from five points such as sound,breath,vowels,rhythm,tempo and pitch,in order to help the vocal learners to accurately grasp the sound characters and the points of the work to improve the singing.
