中韩基础教育信息化的比较研究

摘    要:教育信息化是指在教育中普遍运用现代信息技术,开发教育资源,优化教育过程,以培养和提高学生的信息素养,促进教育现代化的过程。从基础设施建设、信息技术的教学应用、信息技术师资培训、信息资源建设等方面对比中韩基础教育信息化的状况,分析中国基础教育信息化取得的成绩及目前存在的问题,总结韩国基础教育信息化的有益经验,希望能为今后中国基础教育信息化建设提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract:Education Informatization refers to generally applying modern information technology,developing educational resources and optimizing education process to improve students' information cultivation and promote the modernization drive of education.This paper has made a comparison of basic education Informatization between China and South Korea from infrastructure,application of information technology,teaching staff training and information resources construction,to find out China's achievements and existing problems and summarize South Korea's experiences as to promote China's basic education Informatization.
