对射箭传统瞄准方式的质疑

瞄准是射箭技术中不可缺少的一个环节,通过对包括中国国家队在内的省市射箭运动员及对2004年奥运会女子前8名运动员瞄准方式的调查,发现我国传统的"星实靶虚"的瞄准方式不适应现代射箭技术发展的趋势,并提出了新的瞄准理念,认为正确的瞄准方法应当是:运动员的视线通过瞄准器的准星将焦点聚在靶面上;其要求是:目光聚焦靶心,注意指向身体内部;眼睛看清靶心,但不苛求瞄准精度;比赛紧张程度高时,可适当扩大瞄准区域.

Contradiction on Traditional Collimation Method in Archery

Collimation is the key factor in archery technique.With the investigation of athletes' collimation method,including archery athletes in provincial teams and national team and the top 8 athletes in 2004 Olympics,Chinese traditional collimation method is not in accordance with the development trend of archery technique.The new collimation method is put forward,which is that through the post,athletes' sight focuses on the target.The requirements are as follows.Athletes' sight focuses on target with the intention on their inside.Athletes look at target clearly,but need not to pay attention to precision.When feeling intense,athletes can broaden the collimation area.
