| 摘 要： | 随着国家改革的深入,机关事业单位由公费医疗走向了基本医疗保险.高校实行基本医疗保险是改革的必然,然而如何让高校教职工尽快了解医保政策,适应医保体制,提高就医质量,就成了高校医务人员研究的重要课题.本文主要从基本医疗保险和公费医疗的区别、基本医疗保险的相关政策和就医策略等方面进行探讨.

| Abstract: | As the national reform goes deeper,government bodies and public organizations begin to carry out the medical insurance system.It is the necessary reform for universities to carry out this system.Then how to help the university faculties get familiar with the medical insurance policies,be accustomed to the system and elevate the quality of getting medical service becomes an important research project for medical workers.Therefore,this paper studied the difference between the medical insurance and the free medical care and some medical insurance policies concerned and the strategies for getting medical service. |
