| 摘 要： | 综观每次宪法的修改历程可以发现,每次党代会提出的新观点、新主张和新看法都在宪法的修改中体现出来了,修改的内容也是党的代表大会精神的体现和反映,由此可见,十七大之后也很可能会修改现行宪法。由党的十七大提出的新提法、新表述和新观点来看,宪法修改的主要内容是:"科学发展观"、"和谐"、"生态文明"入宪;宪法第五条第二款"国家维护社会主义法制的统一和尊严"和修改为"国家维护社会主义法制的统一、尊严和权威"等。

| Abstract: | Making a comprehensive survey,we discover that the new opinions of each CCPC are included in the constitution amendment. The revised contents reflect the opinions of the CCPC.
