SA8000的导入机理:企业与雇员的心理契约分析视角

摘    要:运用心理契约的交互作用理论,对SA8000导入的影响机制进行分析.认为企业与雇员之间存在基于信用的心理契约,二者之间的重复博弈是SA8000导入机制形成的重要影响因素.完全信息下的静态博弈和动态博弈结果表明,企业与雇员都会对SA8000做出积极的反应.

Abstract:The author analyzes the effect of SA8000 introduction mechanism based on psychological contract interaction theory. The repetition game between enterprise and the employee based on the credit psychological contract is an impor-tant influencing factor of SA8000 introduction. The author points out according to static game and dynamic game results enterprise and the employees carry out active reaction to SA8000.
