中国篮球职业联赛竞争平衡研究

通过综述国外职业联赛竞争平衡基本理论,借鉴其控制竞争平衡的制度与规则及测度联赛竞争平衡的赢球率标准差(the standard deviation ofwinning percentages)、HHI指数(Herfindahl-Hirschman Index)及TOP Kranking方法,对中国篮球职业联赛的竞争平衡性进行研究。结果显示,除2003—2004赛季外,其余各赛季处于高位的竞争不平衡,并且这种不平衡呈逐步加剧的态势。俱乐部的性质及人才培养体系的缺陷限制俱乐部间运动员的自由转会,外援的选拔和使用规定限制其作用的完全发挥。最后,提出进一步研究和建立中国篮球职业联赛竞争平衡性的若干建议。

The Competitive Balance in Chinese Professional Basketball League Matches

Through reviewing the elementary theory of competitive balance in overseas professional leagues,we used its systems and rules of controlling competitive balance for reference and adopted the methods of measuring competitive balance,such as the standard deviation of winning percentages,Herfindahl-Hirschman Index and TOP K ranking method,to study the competitive balance in Chinese basketball professional league.Results indicated that except 2003-2004 season,other seasons were highly competitive unbalance,and this kind unbalance assumed the trend which gradually intensifies.The nature of club and the defect of athletes educating system restricted club athlete's freedom exchange,the regulation of selecting and utilizing foreign player restricted its function completely.Finally,the suggestions of establishing competitive balance in Chinese professional basketball league were proposed.
