| 摘 要： | 房地产信息管理是一项复杂的工作,包括多个方面的内容,数据量巨大,给房地产管理人员带来许多困难。地理信息系统（GIS）应用于房地产业,可对土地、房屋及基础设施等大量数据进行查询、统计,并以形象直观的地图形式描述其结果,从而为房地产开发和管理提供依据。
