陕西省公共体育资源配置非均等空间格局及其演进趋势

摘    要:空间格局与趋势研究是公共体育资源配置领域的重要研究方向。以陕西省2012~2016年公共体育资源配置数据为依据,采用熵权综合评价法、Dagum基尼系数及其按子群分解方法、Kernel密度估计和GIS可视化方法,就公共体育资源配置非均等空间格局及其演进趋势进行实证研究。研究结果表明:陕西省关中、陕北和陕南地区的公共体育资源配置发展水平均在持续提升,且总体差距逐年缩小,陕北地区优势明显,陕南地区次之,而关中地区最低,但依然存在地区发展速度不均衡,地区间发展水平差距扩大并伴有极化现象等地区非均等矛盾。其中,地区间发展水平差距是造成陕西省公共体育资源配置水平非均等空间格局的主要因素。

Abstract:Spatial pattern and trend research is an important research direction in public sports resource allocation. By using the Entropy Weight Comprehensive Evaluation, the Dagum Gini Coefficient and the Subgroup Decomposition, the Kernel Density Estimation,the Grey Prediction Model and the GIS Visualization, this article conducts the empirical research about non-equal spatial pattern and evolutionary trend of public sports resources allocation, on the basis of 2012-2016 configuration data of public sports resource allocation in Shaanxi Province. The research result shows that the advantage of continued ascension and yearly reduction of the allocation of public sports resources level is evident in Guanzhong area, better in southern Shaanxi, best in northern Shaanxi. However, the regional inequality contradictories, such as uneven developmental speed and enlarged gap among regions, still exist, accompanied by polarization.The development level gap among regions is the main factor of the unequal spatial pattern of public sports resources allocation in Shaanxi province.
