| 摘 要： | 跳马属于体操跳跃项目里面的支撑跳跃,是需要跃过一定高度障碍物的运动项目。学生的心理素质是学生学习跳马的关键因素,在上跳马课时,受多种因素的影响,学生会对跳马产生恐惧心理,从而使自己不能够很好地去学习跳马。

| Abstract: | The vaulting horse belongs to support caper of gymnastics caper project,needs to leap certainly height obstacle. Student's psychological quality is the key aspect of students vaulting horse study. In vaulting horse class hour,many kinds of factors can influence student study. Students many produce fear in the vaulting horse teaching,which causes them having bad performance in studying vaulting horse. On the problem,the paper does study,tries to find some helps for university student studying vaulting horse. |
