经管类专业人才培养体系的转型与重构——以池州学院合作教育为例

依托多种资源,开展产学合作教育是应用型本科高校培养创新人才的重要途径。文章从合作教育视角探讨了池州学院经管类专业"面向市场,服务地方,合作办学,特色发展"的办学思路及经管类专业合作教育培养人才的资源整合问题;构建了经管类专业合作教育的人才培养目标及以能力为平台的课程教学体系;基于地方智库、产学合作平台建设、职业技能培养三类合作教育模式,探索总结池州学院经管类专业应用型创新人才培养的途径和方法。

Transformation and Restructuring of Talent Cultivation System of Economic Managemant Specialties---A Case Study of Cooperation Education of Chizhou University

The cooperation education between industries and universi ties, based on the various resources, is important for an application-oriented university to cultivate innovative talents; the paper makes a probe into the educational orientation of ＂facing market, serving locality, cooperative education and characteristic development＂, and the resource integration of talent cultivation of economic management specialties, constructs talent cultivating goals and curriculum teaching system based on ability developing platform, and the cooperative education mode of local think tank, cooperative platform of the industry and university, professional skill training, and explores application-oriented talent cultivation approaches of economic management specialties.
