| 摘 要： | 针对广东电网电力科技竞争情报系统的信息化建设，本文全面阐述了电力科技竞争情报系统的开发及应用，主要包括系统设计理念、思路及功能模块的实现。对系统实现情报信息的管理和加工、数据信息的分析、情报产品的生成和发布进行了全面讨论。
