| 摘 要： | 酒店管理专业由于具有较强的实践性,所以实习环节不可避免的要与真实的酒店环境结合起来。在分析了酒店管理专业学生集中安排实习的利弊后,提出要将集中实习与分散实习结合起来的形式,符合当前高职教育的现实,有一定的实际意义。

| Abstract: | With strong practicality,internship is an essential part for Hotel Management,which should be integrated with the real hotel environment.Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of arranging centralized practice for Hotel Management,this paper proposes that the centralized practice should be combined with the decentralized one,which meets the reality of current higher vocational education and is of practical significance. |
