| 摘 要： | 服务科学在全球服务业高速发展的背景下逐渐成为近几年学术界的研究热点，但其研究仍处于起步阶段。在梳理现有服务科学研究文献的基础上，对服务科学的概念架构和研究范式进行了述评，提出了服务科学的定义和服务系统的基本框架，认为在服务主导逻辑研究范式下，服务科学是从科学而非直觉和经验的视角研究服务价值创造过程中的一般原理和规律及其分析方法的理论；服务系统是服务科学的基本分析单元，包含顾客、服务供应商和服务传递者三个主要部分。最后对服务科学的未来研究主题进行了初步探讨。
