国家级青少年体育俱乐部内部治理研究

摘要：国家级青少年体育俱乐部在提供青少年体育服务、规模建设和引领示范等方面已经形成初见成效的局面，同时面临着规范性建设的内部问题和进一步发展的行业需求。主要采用文献资料法和调查法，分析了国家级青少年体育俱乐部的规模现状。研究认为：在初具规模和校外需求不断提高的背景下加强内部治理是解决其发展问题的关键环节，从整体角度描述了当前国家级青少年体育俱乐部在合法性地位、机构设置、制度建设、宣传工作和发展能力等内部治理相关领域的主要问题，最后从俱乐部层面提出了加强顶层设计、优化内部治理结构、实体化路径、借助外部支持和利用形象展示等治理要点，从战略的高度改善内部治理。实现自身发展和行业进步的进程中为青少年搭建良好的体育供给平台。

Internal Governance of National Youth Sports Club

Abstract: The national youth sports club has been formed the initial results of providing youth sports services, scale construction and leading demonstration, and faces the problems of normative construction and demand of further development. This study analyzed the present situation of national youth sports club by the methods of literature review and investigation. Conclusions: To strengthen the internal governance was the key to solve development problem under the background of the increase of scale and demand out of school; this study described the main problems of national youth sports club in internal governance such as legal status, organization setting, system construction, propaganda work and development ability, and put forward the main points of governance in club level, such as strengthening top-level design, optimizing internal governance structure, entity approach and using external support and image display, so as to improve internal governance from a strategic height, and build a good sports supply platform for youth in the process of development and progress.
