论高职院校学生的人文素养教育

高职院校肩负着为地方经济建设输送高素质、高技能人才的重任,而目前高职院校的学生在素质结构上并不尽如人意,主要表现为人文素养不足,这不仅影响学生将来的社会竞争力,也不利于学校的可持续发展。因此,提高学生的人文素养成为摆在高职院校面前一个十分紧迫的任务。基于此,从学校、教师、学生三个方面分析了造成高职学生人文素养不足的原因,提出了应从教学、教师、校园文化等三方面入手来提高学生人文素养的建议。

Study on Humanities Education of Higher Vocational College Students

Higher vocational colleges should deliver high-quality, high-skilled graduates for local economical construction. But the students＆#39; quality structure is not very desirable at present. It is mainly shown in the lack of the humanistic quality, which not only affects their social competitiveness, but also influences the sustainable development of the colleges. Therefore, improving the students＆#39; humanistic quality has become a very urgent task for the vocational colleges. This article analyzes the reasons for the lack of the vocational students＆#39; humanistic accomplishment fromthree aspects, that is, the colleges, the teachers and the students. It also puts forward some suggestions to enhance students＆#39; humanistic accomplishment fromthe teaching, the teachers and campus culture.
