土壤与生物多样性及其保护对策

土壤对生物多样性有着重要影响。土壤是地上生物的载体和介质，又是地下生物的生活场所，同时也是地上生物和地下生物的联系纽带；另一方面土壤通过对全球变化的贡献对生物多样性产生影响。因此，保护土壤资源，合理耕作与管理土壤，防止土壤退化是全球多样性保护的一个不可缺少的战略要素。

Soil plays an important role in biodiversity. Soil is a carrier and medium from which surface or underground organisms absorb nutritious materials to meet their needs of growth and development. Soil is a link by which all living things are interrelated and interacted on each other. On the other hand, soil is one of the important factors of global environmental change which can exert great influence upon biodiversity. Therefore, to protect soil resources, reasonably exploit and manage soil, and prevent soil degradation constitute an indispensable strategic measure for biodiversity conservation.
