新时代高校双创型师资队伍建设体系构建研究

为造就党和人民满意的高素质专业化双创型教师队伍,着力构建新时代高校双创型师资队伍建设体系,提升创新创业教学产出效果。通过优化师资来源与结构、培训培养与国际化、完善考核与激励制度、配套校园服务,构建四位一体的双创型师资队伍建设体系架构。双创型师资队伍主要通过实践育人和产学研协同育人两种模式来实现对创新创业人才的培养,进而通过两种育人模式的产出效果闭环反馈,支撑双创型师资队伍体系的完善与发展。

Research on the System of the Innovation and Pioneering Teaching Staff Construction in New Era Universities

In order to create a high-quality and professional teaching staff which is satisfied with the Party and the people,we will focus on building a system of the innovation and pioneering teaching staff construction in new era universities,and improving the effectiveness of innovation and pioneering.By optimizing the source and structure of teachers,training and internationalization,improving the assessment and incentive system,and supporting campus services,we will build a four-in-one system of innovation and pioneering teaching staff.The innovation and pioneering teaching staff mainly realizes the cultivation of talents through practice education and industry-university-research cooperative education,and then the output effectiveness of two educational modes support the perfection and development of innovation and pioneering teaching staff system,it forms a closed loop feedback.
