| 摘 要： | 土家族是一个历史悠久的民族,作为民族文化重要组成部分的民族传统体育活动也有悠久的历史。研究表明,从土家族传统体育的表现形式和蕴涵的内容可以看出,土家族传统体育是在该民族特定的自然环境和社会环境中逐步产生成熟起来的。土家族传统体育的形成和发展与这个民族居住的自然环境、生产生活方式、节日礼俗、信仰礼仪、军事战争、对外文化交流都有着密切的关系,表现出一个勤劳勇敢、乐观浪漫、开放豁达的山地民族的文化特征。

| Abstract: | Tujia nationality enjoyed a long history.As an important part of national culture,national traditional sports activity also had a long history.The result showed that Tujia traditional sports were gradually developed under the condition of national particular natural and social environment.The formation and development of Tujia national traditional sports was closely related to Tujia natural environment,production and life style,festival and customs,military and war,culture exchange with outside,which presented the culture character of mountainous nationality with diligence and brave,optimism and romantic,open and broad-minded. |
