摘    要:“高中文理分科”由“应试”导致,并非“影响教育改革发展全局重大问题”。普通高等学校招生评价内容、评价标准的缺失和错位,才是“影响我国教育改革发展全局的重大问题”。建立、完善以高等学校为主体的考生多元素质评价、高等学校多样方式选拔、录取制度是纠正“应试”固疾的必行之路。
