| 摘 要： | 本文回顾了最近100多年来现代科学技术事业在中国发展的曲折历程,探讨了科技人才政策、科研项目管理问题和科技体制等问题对中国当代科技发展的作用。通过反思这一历史过程,我们得到了一些常识性却为人们所忽视的结论,希望对当前的科技工作有所裨益。
