低碳经济的发展理论和实践综述

城市是经济发展和资源消费的主要载体,发展低碳城市是我国转变经济发展方式,实现可持续发展的重要手段之一。低碳经济概念提出后,国内外学者对低碳经济的理论内涵进行深入探索,各国也在积极尝试构建低碳城市,并取得一定成果,本文在低碳经济的理论综述基础上,对国际上发展低碳城市的成功实践进行分析,并对我国构建低碳城市提出建议。

On the theory and practice of low- carbon economy

Cities are the main carrier of economic development and resource consumption,Low-carbon city development in China is one of the most important means to realize the transformation of economic development mode and sustainable development.After the concept was put forward,domestic and foreign scholars are doing in-depth exploration on the theory connotation of Low-carbon economy,many countries are actively trying to build Low-carbon cities.Based on the Low-carbon economy theory summary,this paper analyzes successful practices of Low-carbon city building in the world,and gives proposal to the Low-carbon city development in China.
