| 摘 要： | 实现社会和谐，是人类追求的共同理想。而社会的和谐，关键在于人与人的和谐，即人际关系的和谐。人际关系的性质和状态是由人的实践活动决定的，生产力的发展水平决定着人际关系的发展状况。社会主义社会既为实现平等、互利、合作、公平竞争的人际关系提供了可能，也为和谐社会的建立奠定了坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | To have a harmonious society is always a common ideal for human beings. The key to a harmonious society is the harmony between individuals, that is, the harmony of personal relations. Its nature and state is decided by human practicalities, as well as its development status depends on productivity level. Social society provides possibility to realize an equal, mutual interests, cooperative and fair competed personal relationship, meanwhile it establishes a firm base for a harmonious society. |
