摘    要:采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸四酸体系溶解、蒸干古炉渣样品,用10%(V/V)盐酸溶液溶解残渣至清亮,定容于100 mL容量瓶中,分取10 mL样品溶液,在2%(V/V)盐酸介质溶液中连续测定铜、铅、锌。试验优化了仪器工作条件,探讨了试样的溶解体系、待测溶液酸度、共存元素干扰对测定的影响,建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定古炉渣样品中铜、铅、锌的分析方法,对方法标准曲线及其检出限进行了研究。方法检出限为0.66~2.78μg/L,回收率为97%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)1.4%~5.0%。通过标准加入法和方法对照试验,其准确度能满足分析测试要求。方法简便快捷,易于掌握,适合古炉渣样品的快速测定。

Determination of Copper Lead and Zinc in Ancient Furnace Slag by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
Abstract:The ancient furnace slag sample was dissolved by hydrochloric acid nitric acid Hydrofluoric acid per?chloric acid four acid system Evaporated to dry, With 10%(V/V) hydrochloric acid solution to dissolve the residue to clear, constant volume in a 100 mL volumetric flask, an aliquot of 10 mL of sample solution and in 2%(V/V) hy?drochloric acid solution in the continuous determination of copper, lead, zinc. Test to optimize the working condi?tions of the instrument, discusses the system of sample dissolution and the acidity of the solution to be measured, co?existence interference elements on the determination of the effects of, the establishment of the flame atomic absorp?tion spectrometric method for the determination of copper, lead and zinc in ancient furnace slag analysis method, of standard curve method and the detection limit are studied.The detection limit was 0.66~2.78μg/L, the recovery rate is 97%~105%, the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=9)1.4%~5%. By the standard addition method and the method comparison test, its accuracy can meet the requirements of analysis and testing.The method is sim?ple and quick, easy to grasp, and is suitable for the rapid determination of the sample of the ancient furnace slag.
