“本科教学工程”背景下地方高校体育专业精品课程建设与发展研究

运用文献资料法、调查访谈法、逻辑分析等方法，对湖北省地方院校体育专业精品课程建设情况和相关数据进行收集整理，通过比较和分析研究，结果表明：大部分地方院校体育专业“精品课程”建设忽视了地方院校的特性，“多元化”人才培养观不强；一味追求“统一性”，缺乏“特色化”，放弃了“地方”优势；课程建设体系不完善；优质教学资源缺乏等。研究结论：要充分利用“十二五”期间国家继续实施“本科教学工程”这一契机，切实抓好“地方院校体育专业本科教学工程”建设，挖掘相应的地方特色和资源，融入地方、服务地方，走“差异化”发展道路；“以精带粗”，构建符合地方特色的体育人才培养质量评价标准，实现自身的内涵建设。

Research on Construction and Development of Local University Sports Excellent Courses under the Background of Undergraduate Teaching Engineering

This paper used literature and material, questionnaire, interview and logic analysis method to research the construction and development of local university sports excellent courses. The results show that most of the lo-cal colleges and universities sports excellent courses construction ignored the characteristics of the local colleges and universities. They pay less attention to the diversity of personnel training, only focus on unity, lack of fea- tures, and give up the local advantage. Course construction system is not perfected, and lack of the high quality of teaching resources, etc. Research conclusion： To make full use of the opportunity of ＂undergraduate teaching pro- ject＂ during the period of ＂12th Five - Year Plan＂, we should earnestly construct the undergraduate teaching en-gineering of local university sports, use the local characteristics and resources, and develop different methods, and build the talent training quality evaluation standard accord with the characteristics of local sports, and realize its own connotation construction.
