The Status and Countermeasures of Leisure Sports in Wuhan

Via the adoption of questionnaires, literature, logical analysis and mathematical statistics and other methods, the off - hour physical activity status of Wuhan residents is investigated. According to the analysis, the sense of sports and fitness of Wuhan residents is not strong, and their physical exercise is limited to traditional methods. Available sports venues for residents are limited, too. Some venues of this type are not yet open to the public. Wuhan residents have the capacity for sports cost, but the consuming way is far from being rich. Professionals for recreational sports training are emergently needed. Thus, countermeasures to the above mentioned problems are proposed.
