论教学反思与研究型教师的养成

摘    要:新课程改革对教师提出了做研究型教师的要求,由教书匠成长为研究型的教师,不仅要善于总结和借鉴经验,更重要的是对自己的教学活动积极反思,重新构建教学活动,达到自我完善的目的。针对在教学实践中如何进行有效的教学反思,文章以《英国工业革命的影响》一课的课后反思为案例,阐述了在教学实践中,高质量的教学反思应具有主动性、系统性、持久性,应围绕着备课、课堂教学、学生学法指导、再教设计四个环节进行。

Abstract:New course reform puts forward to the research request of teacher, teach craftsman grow into Mr. of the research, be not merely good at summarizing and using experience for reference, the more important thing is reviews to one' s own teaching actively, structure the teaching activity again, achieve the goal of self - perfecting. How to review valid teaching in teaching practice, the article regards one lesson of introspection after class of "Influence of British Industrial Revolution" as the case, have explained that in the teaching practice, high - quality teaching should have initiative , systematicness , persistence to review, four links of designing again are carried on.
