基于“双产权”视角的奥运冠军产权边界与机制研究

我国运动员由国家培养，国家是主要投资主体，因而运动员产权归国家所有。但是运动员本身也是使其成为奥运冠军的主要投资主体之一，也应该拥有自己的产权主体地位及相应权利。产权归属问题的界定既不能脱离我国现有的经济体制和体育发展现状，也不能忽视体育人力资本（奥运冠军）本身的产权主体。基于上述思想，提出转型期“双产权”制度构想及其实现机制。

Olympic champion property right margin and system as seen from bi2property right system

In China,the athletes are financed by the government so that the athlete property right belongs to the country.In fact,the athletes themselves should be entitled to their property rights.The definition of the property right should not be separated from the actual state of the economic system and sports development.Meanwhile,the sports human capital(the Olympic champions) should also be the main bodies of the property right.In this paper,the bi-property right system and its realization during the transformation period is put forward.
