| Abstract: | Knowledge capital is the capital that acquires value increase through innovation intelligence investment. Human capital of enterprise is important type and part of knowledge capital. The article argues the meaning and classification of human capital based on the view of knowledge capital, mainly establishes pricing model of it. This contributes to knowledge capitalization of enterprise in theory and practice. |
