| 摘 要： | 中世纪大学在欧洲“黑暗时代”得到发展与壮大,其过程充满了斗争,并在这一过程中积累了丰富的经验.大学发展的动力是社会需要,大学发展的保障是大学自治,大学发展的灵魂是高水平师资,大学发展的途径是私立高校,大学发展的前景是国际化.其兴起及发展为当前我国高校的发展提供了参考,促进高校的健康发展.

| Abstract: | The medieval universities were developed and strengthened in European "Dark Ages".The process was full of struggle and accumulated a wealth of experience.The power of university development is social needs,the guarrantee of university development is university autonomy,the soul of university development is teachers of high level,the way of university development is private universities,and the prospect of university development is internationalization.The rise and development of the medieval universities may provide a reference for the current development of our universities and promote their healthy development. |
