Research on the Construction Techniques and Preservation Development of Vernacular Stone Dwellings in the Cultural Intersection Area of Yellow River and Huaihe River

Today’s world is becoming more and more internationalization,the regional characteristics of architecture are gradually weakened,which makes the collection,preservation,inheritance,display and utilization of national traditional culture and local characteristic architecture increasingly important.As a kind of residential form with local characteristics,the vernacular stone dwellings in the cultural intersection area of Yellow River and Huaihe River have their own construction techniques and customs,which are valuable historical wealth.This research for vernacular stone dwellings in the cultural intersection area is based on historical data and on-situ visits,and systematically combs the construction characteristics and techniques.On this basis,it puts forward the measures and principles of preservation,inheritance,display and utilization,and puts forward scientific and reasonable preservation and development strategies before strictly controlling the volume and style of the vernacular stone dwellings.
